Better Block & Broken Window Theory:
The Better Block idea explains the fact that short-term and cost effective projects can create a more vibrant and inviting street. This project will create momentum and bring other support and projects to the community. The Broken Window Theory states that broken windows and vacant places lead to loitering, crime, and more broken windows. By working with the owner of the property and making our creative ideas a reality, we can bring a positive and inspiring facade.
